It is being seriously alleged that Prabhudeva has developed close relationship with Hansika.  Also, reports are that this is the reason for break in relationship between Prabhudeva and Nayanthara.  Hansika who is now the center of controversy, has sentimentally stated that Prabhudeva is like her brother.

Hansika acted in ‘Engeyum Kaadhal’ directed by Prabhudeva.  Most of the schedule took place abroad.  That is when both became close friends.

Prabhudeva appreciated Hansika’s acting in public occasions.  Hansika also appraised Prabhudeva as a talented director.

It was alleged that even after completion of ‘Engeyum Kaadhal’ schedule, relationship between Prabhudeva and Hansika lasted.  Reports were abuzz that both were conversing over phone for hours together.

Reports came out that Prabhudeva celebrated Hansika’s birthday in a Hyderabad hotel and that Nayanthara coming to know the matter rushed there and slapped Hansika. 

Hansika recently stated that she cannot be pinpointed as reason for the separation of Nayanthra and Prabhudeva.

She said ‘Relating me to Prabhudeva gives me pain.  Prabhudeva is like a brother to me.  Is it not wrong to connect me with brother…? Please do not spread rumors about me… I won’t interfere in anybody’s personal life’
